If you cannot turn off expanded targeting after selecting the Sales/Conversions/button clicks campaign objective, there is an easy fix.
You can go back and change the campaign objective to “Traffic/Views” – this objective will allow all accounts to use detailed targeting when choosing interests. You can use this to identify which interests you want to target, and then you can reset your ad creation objective to be Sales/Conversions and choose those same interests.

** create low budget facebook ads
Now we’re going to talk about how to create low-budget Facebook ads. You get to choose one ad for each product that you run. In this video, we’re going to set up an ad for the cat coffee spoons. The interest we will choose is cross-targeting overlapping interests.
When you’re choosing your target audience with ads, make sure you require the person you’re advertising to have overlapping interests by using the ‘Narrow’ feature which will be shown in the steps below. Let’s get started!
1. In the campaigns tab, come and click Create Ad.

2. Select Conversions and name your campaign. So when you’re naming your ad, it’s very helpful to give it a name which will help you remember what it’s about at a glance. So you can see I’ve put in the product, the type of ad I’m going to use it, just an image ad the country that I’m targeting. And I’m also putting in my interest I’m going to be targeting. Do the same for the Ad set names. Click ‘Continue’.

13. Then, add in the URL for your website. This has to be the exact to your product page URL. For the display link, you don’t have to. That’s just a link which is displayed and looks nicely to the person looking at it. And click ‘Publish’.
