** PLEASE READ BEFORE WATCHING:
If you cannot turn off expanded targeting after selecting the Sales/Conversions/button clicks campaign objective, there is an easy fix.
You can go back and change the campaign objective to “Traffic/Views” this objective will allow all accounts to use detailed targeting when choosing interests. You can use this to identify which interests you want to target, and then you can reset your ad creation objective to be Sales/Conversions and choose those same interests.

** three-creative ad test
Lets get started.
In the campaigns tab, come and click Create Ad.

Select Conversions and name your campaign. So I recommend that you name your campaign, something like the item that youre selling, and then note that its a 3 Ad creative test. And then for the ad set, I recommend that you name it the product that youre selling. So in this case here cat coffee spoons, and then note what type of Creative Test youre going to be tasting. So this is my first Image Ad and then come and click continue.

Turn on our campaign budget optimization, and were going to set a daily budget for $15 because $5 times three is 15. Click Next.

Next, choose your pixel conversion event. Change it to be Purchase.

Click Set an End Date. Set your  Ad to end in four days time.

Go to Locations and set location to United States because were targeting the United States customers.

Next, tick Manual Placement. So were going to only tag mobile traffic. Just select Facebook for Platforms then untick everything, but Facebook News Feed for placement.

Come to optimization and delivery and then change this to be 1-day click or one day view.

Scroll up to Detailed Targeting then untick the Detailed Targeting Expansion box. Add in the interests keywords you have in mind to narrow down your audience to those who are interested in your niche. Click Next.

Next, make sure that you are in the correct Facebook page. Then come and click add media. Then click, Add Image. Upload the image you want to use.

After the image is uploaded, add in some text into this ad. Add a headline and description.

Come to the call to action button and select Shop Now. Then, add in the URL for your website. This has to be the exact to your product page URL. For the display link, you dont have to. Thats just a link which is displayed and looks nicely to the person looking at it. And click Publish.

Wait for your Ad to be published. Then go to Ad sets. Select Duplicate and the Ad that you want to copy. Then click Duplicate.

Go straight to the ad section and we can switch in the creative that we want to test.

Click on the delete icon to replace the picture.

Then do the steps again in uploading a file to the Ad but use a video this time. You can use the same text for the Primary Text, Headline and Description. Click Publish.

Now go ahead and modify the name of that ad set to keep everything nice and clean. Head on over to the ad set tab and refresh it so that the ad set that we just created will load and show up.
Go to the Ad and change the name of that to be a video ad. Once done, click Publish.

Do the steps again to create another image ad using a different image.
